Dear Sir, Madam
Please hold
A member of our staff will be with you shortly.

Good Evening.
Thank you for your submission.
However we are afraid that there is something
almost obscene
About your latest work.
We are afraid that we shall not be able to publish it.

We feel, that the presentation is
too stark
we are afraid, that there is a rawness
in the body of the piece
a sense of sinuous twisting
exposing a harshness a bleakness a brittle whiteness
or a pulsing singing
visceral
core –

– We believe
We sincerely believe
From necessity that this work is intrinsically,
Fundamentally incorrect.
We hope that you understand,
That we must be selective,
And until you strive to improve
We will not be able to continue.

Dear Sir
Please hold
A member of our staff will be with you shortly.

Good Evening.
Thank you for your submission.
But we are afraid to say that there is something
almost obscene
about your latest writing.
We are afraid that we shall not be able to publish it
unless you
correct it.
Your lines are too thin. We are afraid that we can see something
almost like truth.
We are afraid that there is something
almost too stark
in the body of your piece. And it reminds us of bone.
Please edit it. And erase those profanities.

We hope you understand,
That we must have substance.
And until you improve your work,
We will not be able to continue.

Explosion in a Time Capsule

Posted in Band, Lyrics by netscheri on December 18, 2007

This is an explosion in a time capsule
This is our reply
To the paper, to the rust, to the concrete, the dust
This is our reply to the daily realities of little life

The horror is in the monotony
And the despair never comes because we’re senseless, benumbed
This daily grind is wearing us down, one by one

Come, come, let’s keep fooling ourselves
We’ll live the¬†mirage but dream the dream
That this will disappear, not to stay
